Earl Spencer's Revelations: Was Prince Harry Neglected After Diana's Funeral?

Princess Diana’s brother claims Prince Harry was “allowed to spin out of control” after their devastating loss because of a “lack of obvious care” for the then-12-year-old royal.Charles Spencer recalled being concerned for his young nephew in the aftermath of Diana’s September 1997 funeral in a new excerpt from his forthcoming book, “Swan Song: Diana, My Sister,” according to the Daily Mail. “My chief memory of that train journey is of being concerned at the lack of obvious care for Harry, as he decompressed from the ghastliness of the morning,” the 9th Earl Spencer wrote of traveling from London to the Spencer family estate, Althorp, where Diana was laid to rest.Princess Diana’s brother (pictured above) claims Prince Harry was “allowed to spin out of control” after their devastating loss because of a “lack of obvious care” for the then-12-year-old royal. charles.earl.spencer/instagramCharles Spencer recalled being concerned for his young nephew in the aftermath of Diana’s September 1997 funeral in a new excerpt from his forthcoming book, “Swan Song: Diana, My Sister.” Corbis/VCG via Getty Images“He needed Diana’s hugs, of course, and they would forever be denied him,” Spencer continued.“But instead of calm and nurture, he was allowed to spin out of control.”Spencer suggested Harry could have benefited from “a more caring hand” as he attempted to cope with losing his mother at such a young age.“My chief memory of that train journey is of being concerned at the lack of obvious care for Harry, as he decompressed from the ghastliness of the morning,” the 9th Earl Spencer wrote of traveling from London to the Spencer family estate, Althorp, where Diana was laid to rest. Nick Reiner's Family Trust Drama: Why He's Not Getting a Dime New

Nick Reiner's Family Trust Drama: Why He's Not Getting a Dime

Nick Reiner’s attorneys are claiming he hasn’t received ‘even $5’ from his family trust as he awaits trial over the death of his parents Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner. New legal documents filed this week and obtained by People show Nick’s attorneys responded to objections to their client, 32, accessing his family trust, the outlet reported on Friday, September 18. Per People, Nick’s legal team responded to successor trustee Jodi Pais Montgomery and former trustee Paul R. Kanin in two separate replies filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, September 17. “In the meantime, Nick still has not been able to access even $5 from his trust to buy basic subsistence items from the jail commissary,” Nick’s attorneys, Anita P. Wu and Geoffrey A. Neri, wrote in response to Montgomery. In response to Kanin, Nick’s attorneys argued, “Nick has been unable to access money that is lawfully his own — to re-engage criminal defense counsel, or even for basic subsistence items from the jail commissary.” According to an indictment obtained by Us on August 12, Nick is accused of the first-degree murders of his parents at their Los Angeles home on December 14, 2025. Rob was 78, and Michele was 70. Nick, who has struggled with addiction and mental health issues over the years, previously pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder with the special circumstance allegations of multiple murders and murder by means of lying in wait after the indictment was unsealed. Back in June, Nick first attempted to gain access to his share of a $1.5 million trust fund set up by his late parents. At the time, Nick argued that he should have received half of that sum when he turned 30 in September 2023. (The trust was established by his parents upon his birth in 1993.) In early August, however, lawyers for Nick’s previous and current trustee — Kanin and Montgomery — sought to block him from receiving any money from the trust due to California’s “Slayer Statute.” The “Slayer Statute” law states that “a person who feloniously and intentionally kills the decedent is not entitled” to any financial assets or property from the person or people they killed. Nick’s legal team appeared in court on August 17 seeking access to the trust fund. “The main thing to take away from today’s hearing and moving forward is Nick Reiner is very much entitled to his own money, his own funds. That’s what this process is about,” Nick’s former attorney Alan Jackson told Us and other reporters outside of court at the time. “He’s made a determination that he wants to be able to use his funds that are in his trust account to decide on his criminal counsel. When he is allowed to do that, he will then be able to defend himself in the way that the constitution indicates he should and can defend himself.”

Walmart Tragedy: Elderly Shopper Dies After Violent Dispute

An elderly Walmart customer was beaten to death by the parents of a teen employee who he had argued with after accusing her of nearly ramming his wife with a shopping cart, according to his grieving widow.Bert Atienza died of blunt head trauma at a hospital on June 8, a day after two people attacked him inside a Walmart in Norfolk, Va., WTKR reported on Monday.“My husband was still able to speak, he said, ‘Help me, get up,’ but I told him, ‘no you’re bleeding. Your mouth is bleeding. Ambulance is coming,” Atienza’s wife Josephine said.“I look at him again. He has no more consciousness.”The 77-year-old was grocery shopping with his wife of 42 years after a morning at church when a 17-year-old employee tore down the aisle the couple was in, almost clipping Josephine with a cart.Bert Atienza died after he was assaulted inside a Walmart in Norfolk while shopping with his wife, Josephine, on June 7, 2026. Facebook/Josephine Milo Atienza“He said, ‘You almost hit my wife with your heavy cart, and you did not even say excuse me or apologize to her,'” Josephine Atienza told the outlet.“If he sees things that he doesn’t like, he will tell it to you straightforward. That’s how it is. He doesn’t care who you are,” Josephine said, explaining her husband’s personality.Atienza and the unidentified employee argued for a moment before the worker chucked a can towards the couple as they walked away, she said. The teen allegedly called her parents for backup and Travis White and Erika Mitchell were hunting down the elderly couple inside the store minutes later.Bert Atienza was browsing a shelf in one of the aisles when White and Mitchell allegedly attacked him as their working daughter looked on, according to store surveillance video obtained by WTKR.The elderly shopper was shoved from the back, grabbed and punched as onlookers walked away.Atienza was then shoved into the shelving unit and collapsed to the ground, as one of the suspects kicked the injured man.“They crowded my husband, one of the adults hit him in the face. He fell down on the floor. I was terrified. I don’t know what’s going on,” Josephine said.“While he’s on the floor, they’re still kicking him and I told them stop. It was an emotional situation. Their daughter called them. She was distraught. They went, as any parent would do, to try to make sure that their daughter was safe and then the situation kind of erupted. It was spontaneous almost,” James Broccoletti told WTKR.“We think that the evidence establishes at best an assault because they punched the gentleman, there is some evidence my client may have kicked him, but that’s simple assault, that’s a misdemeanor. There is nothing that goes further than that, that indicates that there was any chance or likelihood or probability that this man would die as a result of this.”They are being held in Norfolk jail without bond.Their teen daughter, who no longer works for Walmart, was charged with assault and battery, aggravated malicious wounding and conspiracy to commit a felony, WAVY reported. She is being held at Norfolk Juvenile Detention Center, but officials are withholding her name because of her age.

Dakota Johnson and MGK's Secretive Date at Taylor Swift's Apartment New

Dakota Johnson and MGK's Secretive Date at Taylor Swift's Apartment

Dakota Johnson and MGK were enjoying a low-key first date when they were spotted at Taylor Swift’s apartment in New York City. “They hit it off and wanted some privacy,” a source exclusively tells Us. “So, Dakota contacted Taylor, and Taylor said she wasn't home, so they could use her place.” The insider adds, “Apparently, Taylor lets her close friends use her place when she’s away.” Us reached out to reps for Johnson, MGK and Swift for comment. Johnson and MGK, both 36, were spotted at Swift’s Tribeca apartment on Friday, September 11, before heading to the actress' hotel and, later, to Estela for dinner. Though the pair’s connection is new, they have run in the same social circles. In October 2025, Johnson and rapper both attended the Vogue World: Hollywood event at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles. More recently, they were both present at Madison Square Garden in NYC when Swift, also 36, tied the knot with Travis Kelce on July 3. MGK and Johnson’s first official date comes after their respective splits from Megan Fox and Role Model. MGK (real name Colson Baker) and Fox, 40, called it quits in November 2024 after dating on and off for about four years. The exes had gotten engaged in January 2022 but now have a rocky dynamic as they coparent their daughter, Saga, whom they welcomed in March 2025 after their split. (MGK is also a dad to daughter Casie, 17, from a previous relationship. Fox, meanwhile, shares sons Noah, 13, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 10, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.) “They were on a good path and things have blown up again,” a source exclusively told Us in April. “They have been having so many disagreements and explosive fights. Their communication with each other has been terrible.” The source added, “MGK has been trying hard to get back together with Megan, but she isn’t interested.” Despite their turbulent split, MGK has publicly praised Fox as “the greatest partner to have had a child with, because she’s such a phenomenal mom.” “We go back and forth on who [Saga] looks like. Last month, she looked exactly like me, and now she looks exactly like her,” he said on The Jennifer Hudson Show in September 2025. Johnson, meanwhile, had been dating singer Role Model, 29, for seven months before People confirmed their split in August. Prior to her romance with Role Model (real name Tucker Pillsbury), Johnson dated Coldplay frontman Chris Martin from October 2017 to June 2025. Though Johnson has not publicly addressed her splits from either musician, she did share her top dating non-negotiable during a June 2025 interview on Today. “Like, not an a**hole,” she quipped.

New Jersey Man Sparks Curiosity by Losing Weight on an Unusual Diet New

New Jersey Man Sparks Curiosity by Losing Weight on an Unusual Diet

A New Jersey man ate nothing but certain foods from a fast-casual chain for 25 days — an experiment that left him nine pounds lighter and craving a slice of pizza.Tim Donahue, a 27-year-old Hoboken resident who works in advertising in New York City, documented his challenge as a modern-day spin on Morgan Spurlock’s 2004 documentary “Super Size Me,” he told Fox News Digital. But instead of eating McDonald’s for a month, Donahue wanted to see what would happen if he exclusively ate at a chain on the opposite end of the fast-food spectrum.“I think it felt the furthest possible opposite of McDonald’s,” Donahue said of choosing Sweetgreen. The idea also came from watching his health-conscious co-workers routinely order Sweetgreen for lunch while he showed up with fast food.“Everyone inside my office is very healthy, and they were getting Sweetgreen bowls every single day for lunch,” Donahue said. “I myself would go pick up a fast-food burger, and everyone would razz and make fun of me.”Tim Donahue, a 27-year-old Hoboken resident who works in advertising in New York City, documented his challenge as a modern-day spin on Morgan Spurlock’s 2004 documentary “Super Size Me.” Fox News DigitalDonahue originally intended to make his experiment last for 30 days, but there was a practical problem.“I wanted to do 30, but if you try to look at your calendar and try to fit [it into] any 30-day window, there was always a wedding, a work trip, a reason why I couldn’t do 30,” he said. “I said, ‘You know what, it’s either going to get done with 25 days or I’m never going to it done.'”His primary rule was simple: Whatever he consumed had to be available on Sweetgreen’s menu, although he made an exception for black coffee. And while Sweetgreen offers more than salads, Donahue tried to keep the experiment centered on its bowls. His primary rule was simple: Whatever he consumed had to be available on Sweetgreen’s menu, although he made an exception for black coffee. Tim DonahueBy the third day, he said, there was little chance of turning back.9 pounds down as a favorite emergesDonahue didn’t begin the challenge expecting to lose weight, but by the end, the number on his scale had dropped by about nine pounds. He also found a clear favorite on the menu.“I was rocking with the hot honey chicken bowl,” he said. “I was getting that all the time.”And while Sweetgreen offers more than salads, Donahue tried to keep the experiment centered on its bowls. Tim DonahueDonahue said the variety made eating from the same restaurant for nearly a month easier than one might expect. The bigger challenge, he said, was arranging his life around the experiment.“The most challenging aspect of the project was not the food, it was the logistics,” he said.Meals had to be planned around the store’s operating hours. Going out with friends meant skipping drinks and potentially bringing a salad along. Even dates with his girlfriend took a back seat.‘Not a sustainable thing’One thing Donahue doesn’t recommend about his experiment today is the price tag.“You can cook at home and make a salad at home and spend a significantly smaller amount of money,” he said. One thing Donahue doesn’t recommend about his experiment today is the price tag. Tim DonahueDonahue said he offset some of the expense by deciding not to spend money on alcohol or other restaurant meals during the challenge. But, he admitted, it was a “very expensive” project.“Out of pocket, this is not a sustainable thing to do over groceries,” he said.Donahue also emphasized that Sweetgreen didn’t pay him to conduct the experiment. The company subsequently embraced his idea, Donahue said.Donahue didn’t begin the challenge expecting to lose weight, but by the end, the number on his scale had dropped by about nine pounds. Tim Donahue“His video inspired us to launch our own 30-day Sweetgreen challenge,” Nicolas Jammet, Sweetgreen’s co-founder and chief concept officer, told Fox News Digital. “We put out an open call for 30 participants to eat only Sweetgreen for 30 days and document how they feel throughout, and we already received hundreds of applications.”After 25 days of salad bowls, Donahue headed to his favorite neighborhood pizzeria.“A cheese pizza after a month of salads was incredibly well-deserved,” he said. There was just one problem.“A cheese pizza after a month of salads was incredibly well-deserved,” he said. Tim DonahueThe sudden return to heavier food didn’t sit particularly well.“It did make me feel quite sick because it’s a shock to your system,” Donahue said.Despite dropping weight and saying he experienced benefits, including more energy, Donahue isn’t presenting his experiment as nutritional advice. He stressed that he isn’t a doctor or nutritionist and didn’t undertake the challenge to tell others how they should eat.“The experiment was largely a fun filmmaking journey for me,” he said. “I would never prescribe this to someone.”

Guillermo Rodriguez's DWTS Journey: From Wanting Out to Dancing On New

Guillermo Rodriguez's DWTS Journey: From Wanting Out to Dancing On

Guillermo Rodriguez made it through week one of Dancing With the Stars season 35 by the skin of his teeth — but he almost didn’t dance at all. “At the beginning, I wanted to go home,” Rodriguez, 55, confessed on the Friday, September 18, episode of the “Dancing With the Stars Official Podcast.” Podcast host Andy Richter, who competed on season 34 of the ABC series, revealed that he heard Rodriguez ask to go home when they ran into each other at the airport on the way to Good Morning America prior to the season 35 cast announcement. “You must have said five times, ‘I want to go home. Send me home. Don't vote for me,’” Richter, 59, recalled. Rodriguez admitted that although he was hesitant to compete with his partner, Witney Carson, who is the reigning mirrorball champion, he has changed his tune heading into week two. “Now, it’s like, I gotta learn. I gotta learn how to dance. I gotta practice. I want to do good in the second week,” he explained. “It sucks to be in the bottom.” The Jimmy Kimmel Live! sidekick revealed that he is “very excited” to have made it past the first elimination after receiving a score of only 10 out of 30 from the judges for his cha-cha. However, when the names were read during the Tuesday, September 15, episode, Rodriguez panicked. “I feel good. I feel great, but when they announced who was going home, I was like, ‘Yeah!’ And then I go, ‘Wow, wait, I have five days to prepare for a second one,’” he remembered. “I was like, ‘Oh, my God.’ I’m already stressed.” Carson, 32, meanwhile, said that Rodriguez has already shown improvement and a bigger desire to compete since his initial weariness. “I feel like he’s a lot of talk, too. I feel like he’s kinda like, ‘I know, I’m tired, I want to go home.’ But he actually does want to do well,” Carson shared on the podcast. “Now he’s like, ‘I want to rehearse as much as I possibly can.’” The professional dancer, who is pregnant with her third baby, pointed out that Rodriguez is a “busy guy” since he is still filming Jimmy Kimmel Live! in addition to rehearsing for DWTS. “The fact that he’s putting in the work and putting in the time means a lot to me,” Carson added. “That means he really wants to try hard and do well.” Dancing With the Stars airs on ABC and Disney+ Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.

Snooki's Emotional Journey: Cancer-Free After Dramatic Diagnosis New

Snooki's Emotional Journey: Cancer-Free After Dramatic Diagnosis

Jersey Shore star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi revealed she is “on the other side” of her battle with cervical cancer. “As of right now, I am cancer-free. They got everything out,” Snooki, 38, told People on Friday, September 18, referring to her hysterectomy in July. “I’m definitely happy that I did it.” Snooki was diagnosed with stage I cervical cancer in April, subsequently opting to have her uterus and cervix removed. “I avoided getting my pap smear for a long time, and once I finally went to the doctors, I feel like it’s just been week after week of doing a procedure, then another procedure and then a hysterectomy,” she told the outlet. “It’s been a journey and a long road, but I’m happy that I’m on the other side of it and everything is going good.” Less than two months post-op from her hysterectomy, the mom of three is still focused on her ongoing recovery. “I’m trying to listen to my body and give my body grace and not go crazy. There’s days where I do too much and then I just feel exhausted and I start getting pains,” Snooki, who shares her kids with husband Jionni LaValle, noted on Friday. “But other than that, I’m finally starting to feel better. I feel like I’m almost getting back to myself.” The MTV star is also aware of the potential chances of recurrence, which will be monitored via routine pap smears. “Getting a cancer diagnosis is very terrifying and scary. So, I just want my body to be as healthy as it can be,” Snooki stated. “I feel like I’m eating better, working out, obviously staying on top of my appointments. I’m just not avoiding anything and just trying to be the best version of myself.” Upon her diagnosis, Snooki admittedly feared the worst possible outcome. “I called my mom, crying, like, ‘Schedule my funeral, this is what I want,’ like, being so dramatic,” she previously told Us in June. “I was hysterical for, like, three days, and then I was like, ‘You’re a bad bitch, you’re going to be fine, you tackle everything.’ And then I went to Short Hills [mall] and spent, like, thousands of dollars. Then, after that mental breakdown, I was like, ‘All right, let’s get this done.’” After splurging on two Louis Vuitton handbags and a pair of Gucci shoes, Snooki felt ready to beat her cancer diagnosis with a large network of support behind her. “Everybody’s there for me, even my neighbors,” she added to Us. “It was crazy support, and I feel like I died because everyone just showed so much love to me. Everyone’s there for me, and they’re wishing me well, offering prayers and wishing me a speedy recovery. I never got much positivity before, in comments on social media, because people can be so mean to us.”

Trump's Bold Move: Banning CNN, MS NOW, and Politico Sparks Outrage

WASHINGTON — President Trump claimed in an unprecedented announcement Friday that he was banning CNN, MS Now and Politico reporters from the White House “effective immediately” for allegedly reporting “Fake News.”The action, which if imposed would trigger First Amendment lawsuits, follows years of selective discrimination against outlets by both Democratic and Republican administrations, which included limited access to events but stopped short of a ban on working from the White House grounds.CNN news anchor Kaitlan Collins is seen in the White House Press Briefing Room in Washington, Thursday, Sept. 3, 2026. 11-Year-Old Hero Fights Off Vicious Dog Pack with Pliers

An 11-year-old football player was left with over a dozen open wounds after he was savaged by a pack of dogs while playing outside with his best friend.Banner O’Berry, from Atkinson, Georgia, was with his teammate Sunday when his four-wheeler broke down, but as they hopped off to fix it they spotted three dogs running towards them, his mom, Jessica O’Berry, explained in a Facebook post.Once the duo noticed the dogs charging toward them, they scrambled on top of the four-wheeler when one dog grabbed O’Berry by the ankle and “snatched him off,” before the other two joined in on the attack, his mom said. Her son then desperately tried to fight off the toothy pack using an on-hand pair of pliers. One dog grabbed O’Berry by the ankle and “snatched him off,” before the other two joined in on the attack, his mom said. Millie Bobby Brown's Heartfelt Adoption Journey Captures Attention

Millie Bobby Brown's Heartfelt Adoption Journey Captures Attention

Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi confirmed the arrival of their second child, sharing a glimpse of the newborn. In a joint post shared via Instagram on Thursday, September 17, the actress, 22, and Bongiovi, 24, shared a cute photo to welcome their new family addition. “Hi little guy!” they captioned the post, which featured a photo of their son’s hand. The image also captured what appeared to be Brown’s hand which was adorned with a ring reading, “Mom.” Earlier on Thursday, People reported that the couple had quietly welcomed their second child via adoption. Us has reached out to reps for Brown and Bongiovi for comment. Brown and Bongiovi, who got married in May 2024, are also parents to a daughter, whom they welcomed via adoption a year after tying the knot. “This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption,” the couple wrote in an August 2025 Instagram statement. “We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter in both peace and privacy. And then there were three!” In a June appearance on Kylie Kelce’s “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, the Stranger Things star opened up about her experience of motherhood and shared the most difficult part of adopting a child. “Every journey is different. Waiting for the call is the hardest part,” Brown said. Brown had some words of wisdom for others navigating a similar journey, adding, “I just would always encourage you to understand that every journey is different. Don’t compare yourself to others, don’t compare yourself to statistics, don’t compare yourself to other families, but your baby is out there, and you’ll find each other.” In the podcast, the actress touched on how it felt to receive backlash for her parenting choices as a person in the public eye. “I was like, ‘This is vicious, you are vicious,’ and I don’t have time for angry women that just need to bring you down, especially when it comes to motherhood,” Brown said. “I’ve never experienced anything like this. It’s like, I can always deal with the, ‘Oh, my God, you showed your nipples? What a bitch!’ I’m like, ‘Whatever.’ I don’t care about that, but when you’re like, ‘You didn’t put a hat on your baby?’ I’m like, ‘Try putting a hat on my baby. I dare you [to] put a beanie on her.’” Brown continued, “Stay in your own lane, put a hat on your baby and put a sock in your mouth. Sorry, the English is coming out of me, but it’s so true. Like, shut up.”
