WASHINGTON — White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt is departing her post at the end of August to spend more time with her family, President Trump announced.
Leavitt, 28, a mother of two and the youngest ever White House press secretary, gave birth to her second child, Viviana, in May and had officially just returned from maternity leave last month.
Trump, 80, hailed her as “one of my most trusted aides.”
