Judge Blocks Trump's Ban: CNN, MS NOW, and Politico Back at White House

WASHINGTON — CNN, MS NOW and Politico were allowed back inside the White House complex Thursday, hours after a DC judge ruled that President Trump’s ban on the three media outlets was likely unconstitutional.

An unidentified Politico journalist, CNN correspondent Betsy Klein and MS NOW reporter Laura Barrón-López were initially denied entry after presenting themselves at a Secret Service checkpoint early Thursday, despite the ruling by US District Judge Tim Kelly.

After the three outlets requested an emergency hearing with Kelly, director of White House press operations Micah Stopperich declared in a sworn affidavit that press passes for all three outlets had been delivered to the White House gate for pickup shortly before 10 a.m.
